Suggested KDE logo
David Vignoni has suggested a new Oxygen ready KDE logo. A face-lift are required to make it play nice with the other Oxygen icons. This icon could be a part of the Oxygen icon set for KDE 4.
A closer look
I think the icon is too blurry, and that it needs more defined edges. I also agree with some of the commentators on the original posting: The icon does indeed wander too much over to Vista-blue.
But overall I think it is a good icon, and much better than the current icon. I hope we will be seeing this in KDE 4.

Is that the new logo!?! It was awful!
Back to the drawing board David! I am not the biggest fan of Oxygen, but this is definitely the worst contribution yet!

Having spent the night thinking of the logo, I must add that it looks more like a Web 2.0 site's logo than a software logo.
It is nice. But nothing special.
