OpenID ≻ Plastic ID Cards
Words by Daniel Aleksandersen on 2007-12-28
Everyone have got a large stack of plastic cards who only purpose is to identify you to one or another digital system. You have to have a separate card for each of your banks, a library card, an identity card, a bus card, a gym card, … Let us just say there is a lot of them. But why can we not have the convince of OpenID—the open source decentralised authentication framework—conveyed to out plastic cards as well as our web passwords? At least something similar.
Blogging is killing the article
Words by Daniel Aleksandersen on 2007-12-28
I though blogs where awesome in the beginning of the blogosphere explosion. They appeared to be a fast, personal, and accessible way of conveying information. And anyone could do it! Unfortunately this were the trough of blogging! It is too quick and dirty, too personal, and—well, I have nothing against it being accessible, really.
My point being, blogging have been stealing marketshare from the decent and carefully crafted article. This is also why I am giving up on blogging. It killed the fun of researching a topic and really working on a text. I am going to become a freelance journalist instead!

A Tiny Tiny problem
Words by Daniel Aleksandersen on 2007-12-12

Of course no one matches the style, elegance, and neat user experience of Newshutch. But I found a Tiny Tiny RSS reader that might do the trick. With some work, that is.
